- Get started with your consultation Schedule a phone call or site-visit with the Cottage team. Our team will figure out how to make the most of your extra space and a ballpark cost range for your project.
- Custom design and cost estimate You’ll collaborate with our in-house design team on your ADU’s layout as well as its interior and exterior finishing options. We’ll give you an estimate and, if everything looks good, we’ll move on to planning and permitting.
- Break ground on your future ADU. Our partners manage construction on your Accessory Dwelling Unit all the way through final inspections. We work with pros with 30+ years of ground-up residential building experience.
- Your ADU is ready! Move in, rent it out, or share it with friends and family. Your unit is ready for you.
Hugh and Todd formed Rooted Retrofitting after many years of working with each on projects. After meeting while working for PaineWebber Financial Services they Co-Founded of Eco Green Renovation. Hugh’s vast knowledge of construction and construction management and Todd’s passion for construction restoration lead the two to develop Rooted Retrofitting.
